We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a non-refundable cancellation fee of £20 per scheduled service or the full price if your service total is less.
Please be on time for your appointment as we do not accept appointment that exceed 15 minutes lateness and your deposit will be lost, or a cancellation fee of £20 will be applied to you.
